We are officially Mr. and Mrs. Harvey and couldn't be happier. I (Anne) have been sorting through boxes upon boxes of useless junk I have accumulated over the years at Minnesota State. I'm proud to say that I think I will be able to pack one suitcase of clothes and one suitcase of home decor for Alaska. That is it peeps, 2 suitcases is all I'm bringing. Ben is only bringing 2 bags as well, but we all know it is much easier for men to pack than women.
We are very excited and still don't know what all to expect. We will have a much clearer picture once we get to Anchorage. We are leaving on August 2nd and will be staying with some friends of Ben's church to start off with. We will then spend a couple of days with the Burkel family. They used to go to Christ Church in Mankato. On the 9th we will start our new hire orientation. I think we will have a lot of questions answered while there. We will be going to Target/Sams/Costco and buying enough food to last us until Christmas. (we hope)
For right now we are going to enjoy spending time with our family and friends. We will write again once we get up to Alaska!
